A recipient of both the Pilot Safety Award and the Maintenance Safety Award from the National Business Aircraft Association, an FAR Part 135 qualified captain on Gulfstream IV aircraft, and the former Director of Maintenance for a large turbine aircraft operator, Jerome D. Allison is an authority on both aircraft maintenance and pilot issues.  His experience in the aviation industry spans more than 20 years.

Mr. Allison is currently a captain on Gulfstream IV aircraft.  He holds an FAA ATP license with type ratings in Beechcraft BE400 and Gulfstream G-1159, as well as the Gulfstream G-IV.  His flight duties are international in scope and he has extensive global flight experience.  He is also current in and regularly flies a Beechcraft Baron 58.

As Manager of Aircraft Services for Corporate Wings, Inc. in Cleveland, OH, Mr. Allison was responsible for all scheduled maintenance of and providing technical expertise for a variety of commercial aircraft.  He also directed quality-control programs, developed manuals and policies for FAR Part 135 and 145 operations, and served as an FAA liaison at local, regional, and national levels. He held the position of Director of Maintenance on both FAR 135 and 145 certificates.

Mr. Allison has been the sole proprietor of Jera Aviation Associates, an aviation consulting firm, since 1989.

Member, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, since 1981 – Member, Experimental Aircraft Association, since 1995 - Employee of Member Company, National Business Aircraft Association.
